Dear Madam / Dear Sir,
Mec-Carni SpA, informs you that personal data you provide are subjected to treatment provided by the same law. We recall that treatment means any operation or set of operations, carried out with or without the aid of electronic or automated means as: collection, registration, consultation, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, usage, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation and destruction of personal data of the interested party.
The data controller is Mec-Carni SpA, with registered office in: Strada P. V. Marone 22 - 46010 Marcaria (MN) - Italy.
The purposes of this treatment, which will take place with automated and non-automated methods, will involve performance of research, selection and evaluation of personnel for the purpose of establishing a work / training / collaboration relationship with the Owner or other companies in the Group.
The legal bases is constituted by pre-contractual and contractual measures relating to the possible establishment of a work / internship / collaboration relationship, and by the related regulatory obligations. The processing will take place with manual, computerized and telematic tools and in a manner strictly connected to the aforementioned purposes.
Regarding collection of data, they can be spontaneously transmitted by the candidates or in response to specific announcements of personnel search. The provision of data is optional, however failure or incomplete conferment of the same, precludes the correct evaluation by us of your application.
The data in question will not be disseminated, but may be disclosed to subjects operating in the context of purposes described above. In particular, such data will be - or may be - communicated to subjects inside or outside the Owner's organization, in order to participate in the ongoing selections (for example: Levoni Group Human Resources Department). Your data may be disclosed to personnel authorized by the Owner: personnel area, administrative area, general management, area of belonging and, if necessary, to be communicated to other subjects, collaborating with our company and who may have competence in the field here treated (for example: Selection Companies, Employment Agencies) as data controllers.
It should also be noted that the aforementioned data (in particular those relating to personal requirements and the professional path) may be subject to verification.
We assure you that all communications will take place in compliance with the law and, in particular, will be strictly connected to the purposes set out above.
Finally, please bear in mind that, among personal information you provide, there may also be some data defined as "special" (pursuant to article 9 paragraph 1 of EU Regulation 679/2016), therefore we invite you, in this case, to remove them or to give specific consent. In the absence of the latter, they will not be taken into consideration.
Your data will be stored for 12 months. After this period, if still interested, you will be able to submit ypur application again, through the CONTACTS / WORK WITH US.
You can exercise your rightos and ask the Data Controller for access to your data, for the purpose of: rectification, integration, updating, deletion or limitation of the processing that concerns them, or to oppose the processing pursuant of articles 15 and ss. of EU Regulation 679/2016. Interested parties who believe that the processing of personal data referring to them is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as provided for by art. 77 of the Regulation itself.

Mec-Carni SpA, hereby informs you: pursuant to art. 13 of the Code, that personal data supplied by you to the writing company are subjected to treatment foreseen by the same law. We recall that treatment means any operation or set of operations, carried out with or without the aid of electronic or automated means as: collection, registration, consultation, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, usage, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation and destruction of personal data of the interested party.
The data controller is Mec-Carni SpA, with registered office in Strada P. V. Marone 22 - 46010 Marcaria (MN) ITALY.
The purpose of this processing is to provide correct management of information necessary for supply of product and service. This leads up to collection of the amount due, in particular for: requirements prior to the stipulation of a contract; fulfillment of the contractual obligations towards interested party, giving execution to an act, plurality of acts or set of operations necessary to the fulfillment of the aforesaid obligations. This is to be carried out with each public or private body; obligations connected with or instrumental to the contract; implementing legal obligations (for example: ensuring delivery on shedule, provide for any non-conformities in the post-sales phase, managing the collection, et cetera).
For stipulation and execution of the contractual relationship, collection of personal data is compulsory, since legal and fiscal obligations must be fulfilled. Refusal to provide such data will make it impossible to establish relations with the company.
The legal bases of the processing are therefore: the fulfillment of obligations deriving from the contract (art. 6, par. 1, lett. B) and the compliance with law provisions (art. 6, par. 1, lett. C).
The data processed for this purpose will be kept until its consent is revoked.
The data in question will not be disseminated, while they will be or may be communicated to subjects operating in the context of the purposes described above. In particular, such data will be - or may be - communicated to subjects inside or outside the owner's organization. The latter is to execute contractual obligations (eg couriers, freight forwarders, credit institutions ...) authorized by the same .
The data may be disclosed to third parties (possibly appointed data processors) used by the Data Controller to carry out economic activities (commercial, management, management of information systems, insurance, banking or non-banking intermediation, factoring, shipment management ...) or for the fulfillment of laws (chartered accountants, lawyers), or by virtue of legal obligations. Data will not be transferred outside the European Union, and will not be disclosed.
In relation to the aforementioned purposes, data will be kept for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and, subsequently, in relation to provisions of applicable laws in force (eg in accounting and tax matters).
You can exercise your rights and ask the Data Controller for access to your data, for the purpose of:

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE INFORMATION
Mec-Carni S.p.A., the data controller, informs visitors that its office use video surveillance systems for security purposes.
The images are recorded and deleted after 72 hours. They can be kept for longer in case of: holidays, closing offices or businesses, (but no more then seven days). It also appliesin case where you have to adhere to a specific investigative request by the Judicial Authority and/ or Police.
The images can be viewed only by the personnel in charge (concierge, sales staff at the Bottega Levoni, Lesignano administration), who are trained accordingly. It may then be controlled and communicated to Judicial Authority.
The interested part or parties (subject reported) can exercise the right of access, cancellation and integration by contacting or writing to: privacy@levoni.it
